Each new home is thoughtfully developed using BIM 3D computer modelling software. This allows us to explore the positioning, orientation and internal configuration of the house, as well as its relationship to the surrounding landscape. This results in bespoke homes that meet our client's design aspirations and practical requirements.

Focusing on sustainability and environmental considerations from the outset, has enabled us to successfully deliver projects in sensitive areas, including AONBs, conservation and green belt. Many of our proposals incorporate passive principles, to deliver energy-efficient homes that provide comfort and a healthy indoor environment to occupants.
