Alderly is a contemporary three bedroom new-build eco home, located in the charming village of Church Stretton, Shropshire.  

 

Our team optimised the sloping topography of the site with the use of BIM software, developing a home that offers views of the Shropshire hills from each room in the house. Sunlight simulations were created to inform the design, resulting in sun-filled patio and balcony areas.

Our landscape-led approach to design has enhanced the site, with an attractive natural sustainable urban drainage system incorporated into the front garden area. The green sedum roof to the garage provides a natural habitat for wildlife, while helping the garage to blend with the wider garden area.
