OUR PROCESS
OUR PROCESS
Driven by a desire to create something new, our practice prides itself on developing attractive, sustainable and environmentally considered schemes, which optimise the site area and uplift the locality. To achieve this, we use the latest BIM software to generate a 3D computer model of the site. This enables us to work through the most appropriate and creative solutions for the proposal.

Planning permission experts
Our aim is always to achieve planning permission at first submission and we have an excellent track record in gaining consent for our proposals. For all of the projects we've undertaken at green belt and AONB (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) sites, we've achieved planning consent at first attempt. We have also previously obtained permission for a nine-dwelling development at a client's site in Guildford at first submission, without being referred to committee. This was achieved by presenting a considered and sensitive site proposal, that took into account masterplanning, urban design, landscape design and architecture.
Collaboration
We identify the consultants required to collaborate with, at the outset of each project as part of the design development stage. Typically, with most projects, we collaborate with energy, horticultural and ecology consultants, and drainage engineers, to provide a considered and sensitive approach to development. As well as being mindful of the environment, with each project, we take into consideration the health, well-being and happiness of the community. Our proposals are thoughtfully guided by the user experience, with the aim of creating schemes that bring delight and enjoyment to occupants.
