David Challinor has contributed to a vast number of masterplanning schemes throughout his 20 year career, and has collaborated with some of the UK's leading urban design experts. With an MA in Landscape & Urbanism, David has experience of bringing together masterplanning, urban design, landscape design and architecture to deliver holistic solutions for urban sites. A summary of David's experience is included below.

• Lead architect on a high-profile mixed-use regeneration scheme in Hampshire, responsible for preparing the masterplan and architectural proposals for the gateway site. The scheme comprised 570 residential units, a new retail store, café, health club and crèche.
   

• Masterplan proposal for a multi-million-pound business and convention centre in Bracknell. This comprised offices, a hotel, market, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, health & fitness club and medical centre.
   

• Urban design & landscape proposal for a new office building in Crayford, Kent.
   

• Urban design and night illumination proposals for retail and residential development in Birmingham City centre's Historical Quarter.
