The major refurbishment and extension of our client's bungalow on Bennet Drive, Hove, has resulted in a light and spacious home that offers generous living areas and bedroom sizes. Although the property is located in a conservation area, we were able to gain permission to change the orientation of the roof and to completely rejuvenate the external appearance of the property. 

 

The works included front and rear extensions, a loft conversion, and a landscape scheme for the front and rear gardens.
