72-bedroom hotel
Surrey

We were asked to undertake a feasibility and planning study for the construction of a new 72-bedroom hotel at our client's triangular-shaped site in Surrey. Using BIM computer software, we were able to generate a 3D model of the site, which then allowed us to develop a proposal that maximised the development in respect of aesthetics and building volume.

To deliver comfort and enjoyment to guests, our solution included a glass atrium, which draws natural light into the spacious communal areas. The soft and hard landscaped areas were also addressed as part of our proposal. A well-known international hotel chain is interested in the project, and we have worked with them to ensure their requirements for room size, amenity provision and branding have been met.
