We were commissioned by our client to investigate the potential to create an 80-bedroom hotel at a site in South-West London. Our proposal was developed using BIM software, which allowed us to carefully relate the new hotel to neighbouring buildings and the wider urban environment.

The resulting design enables the hotel to fit comfortably within its surroundings, while offering the number of bedrooms and facilities required by the national hotel chain interested in the site.
